Proficiency in SIL assessment understating and define the Job plan per SIL value.
HSE-CES / SCE identification and catteries with experience in preparation of HSE-CES / SCE Tag List, HSE-CES / SCE Equipment Performance Standard and HSE-CES Inspection & Testing Procedures and Frequencies.
Significant and demonstrable experience with development of Performance Standard for HSE&B-CES / SCE Equipment.
Thorough grasp of principals and application of Maintenance / Asset Management techniques such as RCM, RAM, RBI and FMECA.
To act as technical Lead Maintenance Engineer within the projects, in managing any technical queries that may be raised by Clients
Responsible of the technical coordination of CMMS team, in terms of quality of deliverables, respect of deadlines and management of workload.
Involvement in tender preparation, supporting the commercial department with the estimation of required technical effort
Role Requirements :
Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) with comprehensive 15 years of experience in the role as the senior responsible person.
Experience of operations, maintenance reliability and asset integrity, with a substantial track record and proof of performance in a similar position and work coordination.
Good knowledge of various Computerized Maintenance and Materials Management Systems.
Develop the Operations & Maintenance scope deliverables and implementation of the delivery execution strategy.
Good knowledge of common upstream and downstream Oil and Gas processing systems and equipment maintenance requirements.
Lead and manage a diverse and multi-disciplined Operations & Maintenance delivery team.
Maintain at all times the required high technical quality of work delivery and project control expected.
Ability to prepare and justify maintenance workshop(s) and communicate plan(s)
Ability to communicate comfortably and at ease with senior management and technical specialists.
