Responsibilities :

Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lastingrelationships with them as well as existing suppliers.

Implementing inventory optimization strategies within thecompany.

Obtaining quotes from differentsuppliers.

Negotiating price, quantity, anddelivery schedules with suppliers.

Workingwith legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to productprocurement contain all details of the negotiation.

Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment ofcost breakdowns.

Generating quote comparisonsand contributing to internal supplier selection based on thequotes.

Providing solutions to improve companyspending and outsourcing.
