Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Manage large amounts of incoming calls
o Generate sales leads
o Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
o Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
o Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
o Take the extra mile to engage clients Job Requirements and Qualifications :
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
o With knowledge on Microsoft office
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
o Previous Real Estate experience is an advantage.
