Main Duties :

  • Deal with clients on a daily basis over the phone and by email, maintain relationships with them, ensure their satisfaction, handle complaints and requirements
  • Liaise with clients in person at the training field on a daily basis
  • Follow up on payments and handle the collection of money whenever necessary
  • Use a company-based computer system to record payments and entry data
  • Carry out other appropriate general office duties as assigned by the management
  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Required Skills

  • IT Literate in Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding telephone manner in English
  • Excellent command of spelling and grammar
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in relevant environment / s, i.e. Office environment in UAE
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Self-motivated and dedicated
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to carry out administrative tasks quickly and accurately
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Professionalism in dealing with clients
  • UAE drivers license is required for this job role
