Claimer Accounts Assistant Insurance Coordinator Our Premium Clinic located in Dubai Healthcare City is looking for an Insurance Coordinator / E-claimer / Accounts Assistant with STRONG ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND and KNOWLEDGE WITH ECLAIMS SUBMISSION / RESUBMISSION / RECONCILIATION, and payment collection.
Selected candidate will be in charged of the following : Manage routine daily claims administration work. Evaluating claims with regards to eligibility.
Coordinate work flow and meet deadlines. Attending calls and e-mails from insurance companies, clients and providers. Coordinating with international providers for direct billing.
Making suggestions to improve service. Increasing efficiency, minimizing errors and administration time. Attending meetings with insurance companies if required.
Processing of VAT Submission and VAT Refund. Prepares and submits invoices to insurance companies. Follow up of payments, collections etc.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial transactions by auditing documents. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. Complies with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
