DUTIES : Reporting to Director of Customer Sales. Will be responsible for advance booking and F&B reservations, handling guest inquiries, maintaining guest records and creating a favorable public image over the phone.
Perform up-selling whenever possible. REQUIREMENTS : At least 2 years experience in similiar position Reservations, Revenue in a 5* hotel Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
Fluency in Arabic is an advantage Familiar with Fidelio / Micros system. Proficient with computers Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his / her career in the hotel
