The primary responsibility is to manage accounts on a day to day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit creating meaningful impact on our client s businesses and act as a key interface between Millward Brown and our clients This includes client engagement consultancy study design analysis driving preparation delivery of presentations reports as well as internal responsibilities such as people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance At Kantar TNS we understand consumer behaviour like nobody else One of the world s largest research agencies we drive growth by helping our clients make the most of the moments that matter Our global teams advise on everything from brand communications and innovation to shopper activation and customer relationships Join us and you ll be part of 30 000 colleagues and 12 world leading research data and insight brands at Kantar At the heart of WPP our unique consumer insight inspires clients to flourish in an extraordinary world KEY OUTCOMES Apply expert level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients Develop strong relationships with clients to the extent they are first port of call across all accounts for strategic opinions and advice Manages accounts to ensure as a team all account deliverables are met while working to agreed budgets Design quality research studies that meet client needs Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines CAPABILITIES Expand knowledge of research basics and begin to develop expertise in Millward Brown and competitive research approaches Work effectively with Project Managers and use this to work effectively across a range of accounts Design appropriate study and writing proposals Supervise develop study designs Directing supervising by giving clear briefings and monitor and provide feedback against expectations Give client presentations that are clear persuasive and accessible and begin to optimise presentation style and content Minimum 4-
