What will I be doing? As a Bar &Lounge Manager, you are responsible for managing the bar &lounge operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience.
A Bar & Lounge Manager would also be requiredto manage, train, and develop team members and work within allbudgeted guidelines.
Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards :
Manage Bar & Lounge operations
Maintainexceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage,train and develop the Bar & Lounge team
Manageguest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Workwithin budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
Develop menus with other members of F&B team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Incentivise teammembers to maximize sales and revenue
Set departmentaltargets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies andprocedures
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with afocus on continuous improvement
Ensure communicationmeetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
Be environmentally aware
Assist otherdepartments wherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationships
