Job Role : Branch Manager

Job Summary :

  • Managing all the aspects of branch’s operations.
  • Handle the cashiering and invoicing
  • Achieve the branch assigned targets by applying different sales techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage all the customers bookings, inquires concern and complaints
  • Manage, Train and Coach the current operational team.
  • Manage the branch inventory and avoid any inventory discrepancies
  • Handle the branch procurement and reduce the operational cost.
  • Manage the branch Administration work
  • Ensure that the reception area is well groomed as per the hygienic and cleaning standards.
  • Implement and follow the BBL operational standards, policies and procedures
  • Well groomed, Diplomatic, strong personality and presentable
  • Preferred from Hospitality / Retail Industry experience
  • Experience : 5 - 10 years
