Job Role : Product Sales Specialist, MOMG, LVMotors
Leading sales for LV Motor products and systems tocustomers, focusing on volume, mix and profitabilitytargets.
Establishing and maintainingeffective customer relationships from commercial to administrativefunctions to understand customer needs, promoting customerunderstanding of full product offering, and aligning to provide asolution.
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout thesales process, including post-sale.
Preparingsales plans using company tool (SFDC). Performing regular statusreviews and proposing recovery plan in cases of potential ordershortfalls.
Ensuring the successful outcome oftransactions, contracts and proposals through effective product orsolution presentations and negotiations.
Communicating details inaccordance with ABB offering and strategy such as delivery time,payments, and general terms and conditions.
Ensuring efficient marketing communication to externalcustomers for both current and prospects and communicating thevalue proposition of the offer to the end customers.
Contributing to the development of new market andExecuting Low Voltage Motors strategy. Attending regular salesreviews and support overall team to achieve theirtargets.
Ensuring that all commercial andlegal aspects are considered during finalization of orders toensure that ABB’s risk is minimized.
Enquiry Generation for complete MOMG LV Motor Portfolio IEC & NEMA. Generating at least 3 timesopportunities or running pipeline to make sure to reach the budgetand beyond.
Promoting digitalization solutionsusing smart sensors, bearing sensor, pump sensor. Following up onpayment for overdue and potential conflict cases.

Abachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 to 10yrs of exp in sales for motors.
Proven track record as sales engineer forMotors
Background in mechanical products orMechanical Power transmission would be an addedadvantage.
Strong technical expertise in IECand NEMA standard
Good communication andpresentation skills is required.
