Role Purpose & Context
To take a lead role in managing and enhancing strategicplanning activities across the company. Key responsibilitiesincludes :
Strategic business planning anddevelopment of plans,
monitoring progress ofthe plans
Organization and performancemanagement of corporate projects
Conductreviews to identify strength and weaknesses and evaluateoperational effectiveness
Makesrecommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities,competitive threats and viability of business processimprovement.
Key Role SpecificAccountabilities
Organizational Planning andDeveloping Corporate Strategy :
Toestablishes goals, develop program plans and milestones, assignpriorities, develop policies and procedures, projects budgetrequirements and allocates available resources.
To develop standard procedures to manage and maintainbusiness operational and financial objectives.
To assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzingtrends and forecast.
Assist CEO in organizing and developingthe Company’s business plan through providing them withthe proper guideline and information to ensure the alignment ofbusiness plans with corporate strategy.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitoranalysis, market share, demographic trends, and growthprojections.
Identify business problems andprovide recommendations for improvements.
Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions,roadmaps and assessment of potential businessimpacts.
