JOB TITLE DESIGNATION Community Administrator REPORTS TO DESIGNATION Portfolio Manager The Administrator Assistant will be responsible for handling the various administrative functions within the Emirates Living community in general especially receiving and processing invoices communication with clients Working hours 9 hrs day 6 days week Detailed job description for qualification attached Personal Interview with the Management is a must REQUIRED COMPETENCIES School Completion at least 1 year additional certificate course diploma in Business Administration or another relevant discipline Good English communication skills both written and verbal Ability to communicate clearly Good computer skills Familiar with archiving system and MS Word package Experience in electronic workflow tracking and archiving Excellent organisational skills Strong problem analysis solving and research skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to prioritise work meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments Integrate well into teams work towards achieving team results JOB SCOPE The Community Administrator is responsible for handling the various administrative functions within the community in general and customer communication via e-

mails communities mailbox service requests personal meetings etc The job role also entails ensuring the operations are in line with Law No 27 of 2007 concerning Jointly Owned Property Law in the Emirate of Dubai JOP Law The Community Administrator reports directly to the Portfolio Manager and coordinates with the team which includes but not limited to Association Managers Community Coordinators Community Supervisors Technical teams etc The Community Administrator has no direct report The Community Administrator will work closely internally with departments and nominated Service Providers PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Administration Ensures all rules and regulations of the JOP Law are adhered to Ensures all relevant documentation and records are maintained and submitted to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority RERA in time Implements closing disposal process of any documents as per procedure set out and approved by the department manager Assists in organising and conducting meetings with Board members and community residents service providers and suppliers Assists in preparing minutes of meetings with Board members service providers and other official meetings Executes the communitys and teams procurement requirements through Oracle Manages the service requests raising and closing in Oracle within the assigned priorities Assists in maintaining the quality and integrity of documents Develops and implements an archiving system to retain and retrieve community information hard and soft copies Analyses references and records all documentation contracts and variations in the relevant files Provides periodic updates to Management Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines Recommends improvements in documentation Performs other ad-

hoc duties as required by the immediate supervisor Process service provider supplier invoices Coordination Liaises with the Association Managers and Community Coordinators to ensure that all site issues related to customer queries and complaints are resolved or responded within the e-
