Project initiation and planning : Planning and designing the various projects and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action

Setting up plan and procedures : Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the project, and outwardly on its coherence with resource planning, interfaces with another programme and corporate

Assigning tasks to resources : Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams. Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program’s individual projects

Ensuring the delivery of products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget (support cost), in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements

Managing third party contributions to the interfacing of lab equipment's, radiology equipment's, financial accounting and human resources

Managing communications with all stakeholders

Plans program level activities and schedule of the project

System Analysis : This is the most important step for successful implementation of Insta HMS. During this phase, we will conduct a system analysis study.

The purpose of this stage of implementation is to identify all the aspects of the current processes being followed at the hospital / clinic and to map the same in Insta, this activity will be pursued with the help of each functional department to understand their process flow

Course Correction : Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise

Facilitates and Coaches to inspire and guide project managers and their teams to achieve the strategic goals of the program

People management : Effective management of team members, managing their skill levels and guiding them to update the same.

Managing conflicts within the team, making sure the team members have a positive outlook about the company goals and their individual objectives

SRS documentation with respect to the project

Verifies and revise the master data

Facilitates and is accountable for development of detailed project estimates

Works with functional managers on resource allocation and management of resource contentions

Accountable for up-selling modules

Experience and Knowledge :

Must have :

Excellent product knowledge.

Good knowledge and handling of project and programme management methodology and techniques

A good understanding of the wider objectives of the programme

The ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in programme management

Strong leadership and management skills

Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

Personal and self-management skills

Nice to have :

Knowledge of HIMS is an added advantage

Knowledge of Hospital flow is a big plus
