As a Sales Manager, you and your team are responsible for closing deals selling customized packages to small, medium and large size businesses across the UAE.
Product demonstration, sales negotiation, contract signing and payment collections. You would also be responsible for a regular check up on client prospects and the maintenance of a strong sales pipeline.
This role reports to the Managing Director of Adam Global. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (Includes but not limited to) Essential duties and responsibilities are as follows :
Identifying potential clients with the aim of expanding the business by working closely with the marketing teams and leveraging social media.
Travel to pre-identified and booked client meetings with the goal of onboarding new clients up and upselling with existing clients.
Identify and set up your ownmeetings with key decision makers.
Sets up and demonstrates the service offering and shows how customers can maximize product features.
Close sales prospects on the spot using sales script and persuasive techniques (training provided).
Write up orders on Adam Global CRM system and ensure your team's order details are updated in the CRM as well at all times.
Monitor your teams performance, provide coaching and guidance as and when needed.
Manage invoices and payments receivable.
Develop and maintain prospect list with all key details.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within your team, colleagues and clients.
Assist with building the client's profile.
Suggest specific product purchases to match the needs of your customer.
Ensure the team meet specific minimum sales targets to unlock the un-capped
Qualifications and Skill Sets required
Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field. Master's degree would be an added advantage
Successful track records in corporate sales (B to B) from plan to close showcasing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Must have minimum of 5 Years of experience as a Sales Manager within the Service Sector
Must have credible / verifiable experience of working with Global reputed Brands within the Service Sector
Committed to continuous self-improvement through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectiveness at all levels of the organization.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Dynamic Leadership skills
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
