    Responsible on preparing necessary documentation for suppliers and customersProviding administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.

    Organising travel and accommodation.Keep track on general and admin expenses & petty cash.Job Requirements : Bachelor degree holder.

    Prior administrative experience.Attention to detail and meeting datelines.Desire to be proactive, creative and independent with positive mind set.

    Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
