Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Contact potential customers / / investors through calls, emails, site visits, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
o Help the customer / investor to Find the property which matching his needs and budget.
o Prepare and present business proposals to convince customers and secure a consulting deal.
o Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
o Support preparing the properties up for sale to advertising them on various media.
o Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract customers.
o Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.
o Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments. Job Requirements and Qualifications :
o At least 3 years experience in CRM, customer support, customer services, sales, or a related field, Bachelor's Degree.
o Language : Fluent in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles / accounts, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software -
o Focused on customer service, the ability to assess customers needs and provide the correct answer, Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
