A Housekeeping Attendant will support allHousekeeping and Laundry with guest requests analyzing each requestand delegating between the team members, so that work can be donein an efficient and timely manner ensuring an exceptionalexperience for our Guests.

What will I be doing?

As HousekeepingAttendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry team forall aspects by delegating the day-to-day activities Housekeepingand Laundry within the hotel.

Specifically, a HousekeepingAttendant will perform the following tasks to the higheststandards :

  • Ensure consistently highoperating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, asidentified d by the hotel brand standards
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of allHousekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on trainingand team work
  • Provide excellent guestservice
  • Actively works on availability andrelease of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor HousekeepingSupervision
  • Manages the controls of theHousekeeping department, such as : frequency of employees, releaseof master keys, book incident, input and output input and outputuniform and linen, among others
  • Responsiblefor checking daily the guest information in CRM and ensure that thepreferences and requests of the same are met on time
  • Request flowers for special occasions (marriage, death,maternity ...). Besides providing embroidery for special linen(wedding and pampering)
  • Control makes monthlyLost and Found and donations
  • Check theuniforms and send for c leaning and / or repair
  • Coordinates and controls all traffic of documents andpeople within the department. Does releases linen of Laundrydaily
  • Makes daily guest clothing release ofguests that use the laundry service
  • Makesmonthly closing of Laundry expenses and provision ofsame
  • Replaces (a) Laundry Attendant in case ofholidays, days off or absences
  • What are we lookingfor?

    A Housekeeping Attendant serving Hilton is always workingon behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Tosuccessfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviours, skills, and values below :

  • Planning and organizing
  • Good oraland written communication
  • Previous experiencein Laundry
  • Good interpersonalskills
  • Proficiency, at intermediate level,with computers and computer programs, including MicrosoftOffice
  • Committed to delivering a high level ofcustomer service
  • Excellent standards ofclean
  • It is advantageous in thisposition if you demonstrate the following capabilities andadvantages :
