Qualification & Experience : A Master's degree or advanced degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management, Higher Education Administration, or any related field.
Certification in HR is an advantage. 5-8 years' experience in HR within the educational sector. Preferably Arab National Abilities & Skills : Strategic & Decision Making Skills.
Organizations & Leadership Skills. Excellent Interpersonal and Strong Communication skills. Plan and coordinate an organization's workforce to best use employees' talents.
Link an organization's management with its employees. Plan and oversee employee benefit programs and salary scale development.
Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
Oversee an organization's recruitment, selection, placement, training, evaluation, benefits, separation etc. Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
Identify Training Needs and Arrangement of the Training and Development Programs for Faculty & Staff. Working with IT Team for the HRMS system updates and Management of HRMS.
