Greets and announcesall visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates toappropriate staff.
Answers the telephone, takesmessages, supplies general information to callers and forwardscalls to appropriate staff.
Provides generaladministrative support and handles special administrative projectsas requested by the manager.
Ensures completion ofvisitor sign-in / sign-out and security procedures. Accepts, sorts,distributes and forwards all incoming mail and packages.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships withco-workers.
Communicates clearly, effectively andprofessionally between customers / suppliers / vendors / enquirers andco-workers.
Orders and maintains office supplies.
Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteousmanner.
Maintain break room cleanliness and ensurepantry supplies are replenished.
Maintain regularconsistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personalappearance, and adherence to relevant health & safetyprocedures and company policies.
Key Requirements : Highschool Diploma.
Previous experience as aReceptionist.
Fluency in English.
