Key Responsibilities A Budgeting Planning Prepare and getmanagement signoff on the annual marketing budget for the territory incoordination with the concept marketing team Manage the territory smarketing budget Provide feedback to the concept marketing team on approvingkey marketing expenditure Review the budget atregular intervals and appraise the management on quality and quantum ofutilization Update the Concept marketing team on the brand budget utilizationB TerritoryBranding Build and Enhance theGroup s image in the territory also for the respective brands Maintain relationshipswith agencies and vendors at the territory level for efficient execution ofbranding exercises Ensure that the entire corporate concept brand buildingstrategies exercise are implemented consistently across all storesC Loyalty Promotional Activities Develop the AnnualMarketing Calendar in consultation with the concept marketing teams Execute the budgetedEvents promotions Liaise with theexternal agencies to design and develop forthcoming events and promotionsmaterial and ensure timely dispatch of the same to enable execution at thestore level In case of a brand then liaise with the Concept Marketing team Develop and implementnew channels for communication with the customers Manage the loyaltyprogram in all facets to ensure increase in the perception level of the programin the territory Manage and implementthe direct marketing initiatives of the concept by communicating directly tocustomers via mailers brochures etc Manage partnership withother companies in territory for promotion exercises to increase footfalls inoutletsD Campaign Media Planning Coordinate with theConcept Marketing team for seasonal campaigns for each brand Follow through themedia advertising maintained with the agency Coordinate for thephotoshoot with the advertisement agency Review the effectiveness of advertisement promos and takecorrective actionsMarket Research Partner with Conceptand Corporate Marketing for periodic market research to study the customerprofile preferences and buying patterns Partner with Conceptand Corporate Marketing for periodic market research to study the effectivenessof the media campaign by evaluating the return on investment from the campaignF Other Marketing Activities Coordinate with otheroutside agencies in consultation with Concept and Corporate Marketing for orderplacements and printing needs shopping bags stickers flyers and othersales material Manage and responsiblefor Cross Promotion i e Banks Airline in the territory Coordinate with Publicrelation agencies for PR and media coverage in consultation with ConceptMarketing team and Group s Corporate communication PRG People Management Manage and supportrecruitment Monitor staff welfareand facilitate complaint resolution Set KRA s for directreports and conduct performance appraisal Oversee staffdeployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reporteesBasicQualification Education Vocational Training PostGraduate Degree in Marketing Advertising Public Relations Communications isessentialAdvancedQualification Certification Specialist Training
