Key Responsibilities of theAssistant include :
Beingfirst point of call Answering phone calls and emails ina fast and professional manner and directing to the correctperson.
Ensures that sale and / or purchaseorders are received and / or dispatched on time to the appropriatedestinations and in the required quantities.
Updating systems with customer and supplier / contacts recordsin an accurate and efficient manner and are always being kept up todate and confidential.
Provide general administrative support by undertaking activitiessuch as photocopying, scanning and shredding.
