About the Role :

An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join our Engineering department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are :

  • To control the issue and consumption of store items and consumables.
  • To be thoroughly familiar with all spare parts requirements and specifications for all equipment installed in the hotel.
  • To prepare Purchase Requests and follow up with the Central Store.
  • To assist the Central Stores in the purchase of engineering spares and consumables.
  • To control documentation within the Engineering department and that all files are stored to a correct standard
  • About you :

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • Communication Skills
  • Microsoft Software package
  • Purchasing software
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position
