Fields As part of the change The Deployed Support resource would be creating new objects with relevant history tracking as advised by Customer.
The following also be done as part of support Adding New Fields to Existing Object and Modifying Existing Fields. Page Layouts The Deployed Support resource would create new page layouts and would also modify the existing page layouts.
Record Types The Deployed Support resource would create new record types and would also maintain the existing page layouts linked to all record types HexaBPM Support.
The Deployed Support resource would be modifying the existing process and do the changes on the following items. Steps SR Documents Price Items SR Templates Page Flows The Deployed Support resource would be responsible for creating any new templates as and when required for any processes or any process changes requested by the business.
The Deployed Support resource should also be responsible for engaging with Stakeholders in Information Gathering sessions UATs and golive support.
Company Audits Information Security Compliance The Deployed Support resource should support ICT system audits and information security audits compliance and Customer Policies and Procedures.
