1) Achieve sales target on monthly basis.
2) Build brand blocks by achieving brand (s) sales target on monthly basis by trade channel through maximum distribution & increase market share.
3) Achieve monthly sales target & achieve number of new accounts required by Quarter. Approaching Day Salons / SPA's might be a requested to achieve as well based on management decision.
4) Manage Brands Portfolio & present all brands for accounts professionally to reflect the brands image.
5) Fulfill job role by being fully in the market visiting clients regularly, attend to client premises & know each and every client to bond with, build & maintain business partnership.
6) Target the main key accounts provided by the company, have these accounts added to Madi International doors through establishing business with them & generate a recognizable turnover through daily market client visits and help position the brands in these targeted doors.
7) Plan & execute in converting competitors doors (conversion of targeted high turnover doors)
8) Handle main key accounts requests related to brand(s), complaints, problem solving, order setting & delivery and have active follow up.

10) Achieve new project leads for any new Salon / SPA / etc.. Opening or for any renovation opportunity that will contribute in growth of Beauty Project division.
11) Achieve collection target as per SOP credit system.
12) Contribute in marketing plans, execution of events, seminars & various marketing activities.
13) Maintain company core values & culture in order to achieve a healthy & productive work by the team; positive environment.
14) Adhere to all company policies, procedures & code of conduct.
15) Maintain good command of software applications and tools required.
16) Handle several / different business units if required by company that meets the company strategical decisions.
