We are hiring for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai

Preferred Nationality - Jordanian (Due to visa Quota)

Salary - upto AED 12,000 / - + Benefits

Candidates who have handled multiple restaurants would be preffered.

Job duties and responsibilities

Restaurant Manager job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation including all its branches
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior guest services
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
  • Plan new and update existing menus
  • Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
  • Participate at local food events
  • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Manage and lead staff
  • Suggest hiring new employees
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Manage restaurant supplies
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events,
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Monitor quality and hygiene standards
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Evaluate staff performance
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • To manages the opening of new restaurant branches

    Job requirements and qualifications

  • Proven 8-10 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • 8-10 years of proven experience customer service management
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Computer literacy
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Experience in event planning
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Good financial management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
  • Preferably bilingual Arabic / English
