Drive growth in CASA balances and fee income, through penetration of PCM products.
Make appropriate sales plans for identifying prospective PCM clients, and there by achieving / exceeding the given sales targets.
Close coordination with RMs / Client coverage team to increase product penetration and to acquire new PCM clients.
Develop detailed sales plan and ensure the plan is executed with sole accountability.
Keep abreast with the market trends, competitors offering and provide feedback in developing feasible solutions.
Ensure proper product and sales presentations are in place, which is periodically reviewed and updated.
Assist updating the product program and process basing on the market requirements.
Assist HOTB in developing / fine-tuning Transaction Banking strategy basing on the market and competitors offering.
Responsible for PCM product penetrations, like increase in transaction volume and e-channel utilizations with adequate MIS / reporting to HOTB.
Align with banks business strategy and adhere to bank’s process and policies.
Client calls, relationship building and generate revenue from sale of PCM services.
Negotiation and management of external stakeholders (C level or owners of the organizations).
Interaction with senior stakeholders within the organization.
All PCM related business / solutions initiatives and stakeholder management.
All PCM sales related initiatives and stakeholder management.
In consultation with senior management and as per bank’s policy & procedure)
Skills and Qualifications :
Education level minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in PCM product sales.
Experience in marketing financial products
Understanding of corporate cash management needs
Understanding of local market and infrastructure
Experience of building and managing strategic business alliances
Good interpersonal skills, result oriented and displays consistent performance
Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in problem solving.
Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented.
