REQUIREMENTS : Essential Skills& Experience Required 5 10 years UAE experience as an HRconsultant in a client-facing consulting / project-basedenvironment, providing leadership in talent acquisition,management, reviews and development, performance management,employee surveys, employee relations and engagement, compensationand reward, skills assessments, onboarding and developing HRpolicies.
Strong business acumen, experience of developing andworking with HR metrics and ability to benchmark, measure andanalyze qualitative data.
