Receive calls chats and emails from customers respond to their queries and clarify provide accurate information wherever possible or direct the call to the relevant department and follow up on the status of the case ensuring clear and consistent information is being delivered and customers are presented with a high quality of customer service in their interaction with the Company The Contact Centre Advisor reports to the Supervisor and coordinate with the latter on critical and strategic issues Understand customer issues and customer queries on a daily basis and being able to respond to them Achieve customer satisfaction i e targets objectives for the customer support department The job holder plays a customer facing role in supporting the growth and expansion of the company s Customer Support such as receive and answer customer calls issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner Maintain and updated knowledge of Company product releases time taken at each stage and to provide the right information to customers efficiently in the shortest time period
