Job Description

  • Posting all entries relating to sales, purchases, all payments from POS machine from Stores in Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions and banking requirements.
  • Posting monthly closing entries.
  • Preparing stock reports, aging reports, GP analysis reports, etc.
  • Execution of Letter of Credit, Execution of TR Documents, Preparing Shipping Guarantees etc., and their follow ups.
  • Preparation and passing of monthly closing entries and Finalization of Accounts as perIFRS.
  • Responsible for Working Capital management, Bank reconciliations, Credit Card, Cashreconciliation, Debtors reconciliation etc.
  • Coordinate and work with Auditor at the time of Audits.
  • Team player of Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • VAT preparation and online filing Required :
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable international university; Professional qualification (i.e. CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a multinational organization. Big 4 training is an advantage; Experience in the Middle East or Fashion industry is a must.
  • Proficient user of the MS Office package; Experienced in ERP Oracle and other finance reporting tools
  • Fluent in English is mandatory;Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Ability to positively influence senior business leaders.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and well-organized, capable to handle multiple priorities and multi-tasking while respecting deadlines.
