Looking for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representative.
To provide excellent customer service by providing client satisfaction through attending to the client’s needs, customer complaints, requirements and replying to their inquiries and requests.
Ideally the candidate should loves talking to people.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat and reply to their queries.
Handle customers accounts, receives professionally and handle complaints.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with various internal departments from Nutrition to Central Kitchen & Logistics to meet customer's needs.
Ensure retention rate of client list and strive to achieve the minimal set targets as set by the department head.
Accuracy in Data entry in various platforms.
At least - years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Advance computer literacy / skills
