What you will be doing :
Accountable for the operation of all housekeepingfunctions such as guestrooms, public areas, corridors, andoffices
Coordinates with Talent and Culturedepartment in formulating training programs, methods, andprocedures for the growth of Heartists
Drawsup the annual linen and uniform budget and manages all spend forthe department
Prepares annual FF&Efor housekeeping as well as Operating Equipment budget indiscussion with hotel management.
Supervisesthe consumption of cleaning products and welcome gifts to complywith predefined ratios
Manages the stocks oflinen, cleaning products and complimentary welcome gifts
Maintains and analyses dashboard charts (state ofrooms, stocks of linen, welcome gifts and cleaning products,headcount planning, etc.
and implements any corrective actionsrequired
Optimises the department'senergy costs and headcount
