We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players with great customer service skills to provide technical support for Yardi’s fast growing software products and manager an assigned portfolio of clients!
What you will do
Provide amazing customer support and assist clients with implementations and upgrades
Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues
Use your strong interpersonal skills to help train clients on new features and functionality
Build rapport with clients and complete set ups with coordinated weekly calls
Manage continued software integrations, maintenance and updates in collaboration with clients
Research, analyze, and resolve software functionality and reporting problems for clients
Identify client issues that require escalation and determine appropriate support resources
Evaluate company resources and software functionality in connection with prioritizing and responding to client requests
Provide recommendations and informed direction to clients regarding ancillary products and services that align with client business needs and operational goals
Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members across the client services organization
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science or equivalent experience in property management
Prior experience professionally serving customers in a technical support, sales or retail role
Understanding of the property management industry and best practices
Working knowledge of accounting practices
Basic competency in any of the following areas : Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, SQL / Oracle language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs
Ability to communicate effectively, cooperatively, and persuasively (written and verbal communication)
Ability to treat all employees and clients with respect and dignity
Client-centered commitment and focus
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients
