What you will be doing :
Organises and supervises food preparations in line withthe occupancy and consumption forecasts.
Hasan innovative and creative approach to producing and decoratingdishes
Keeps cooking instructionsup-to-date
Oversees the whole workshift;ensures respect of the maximum waiting times defined by the brand,checks the presentation and temperature of dishes, etc.
Keeps up-to-date with changes in culinary trends
Is actively involved in the local area to keepup-to-date with specific issues and needs
Passes on the management team's decisions
Knows how all the hotel's departments operateand is able to replace the Restaurant Manager or F&BManager
Your experience and skillsinclude :
Minimum years ofexperience in a similar capacity
Perfectknowledge of HACCP guidelines
Computerliterate in the Windows environment
Responsive and proactive
Diploma in aculinary discipline an asset
