Sandgate International LLC was created as a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Futtaim Group to specialise in distribution of Hasbro toys, one of the largest toy makers in the world for GCC and Middle East region.

Sandgate distributes Hasbro products through major toy retailers of the region, including Toys R Us, Toy Store, Hamleys, Baby Shop, Dubai Duty Free, Magrudys, Books Plus, Virgin Boutique, Carrefour, Lulu and etc.

We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Executive to be located in our office on Sheikh Zayed Road at ACE store in Dubai.

You will be responsible for the following duties :

To carry out necessary data collection / entry and generate relevant reports as required

To provide administrative support to the General Manager

Ensure that all files (both hard copies and soft copies) are updatedآ and organized in order with easy access

To create / maintain an efficient and systematic filing system

To communicate with HR Business Partner and staff, as required

To attend telephone calls and provide polite and efficient service to the internal customer and colleagues

To communicate effectively with management, staff and visitors

To be seriously considered for this role the following are the pre-requisites :

Excellent English Communication

Excellent Arabic communication is mandatory

Excellent time management skills

Intermediate Computer Skills : MS office Excel, Outlook, Word

Arab Nationals are preferred for this role

Female candidates will only be considered due to nature of job role

Willingness of learning and adaptation

Ability to cope with multi tasked roles with good follow up / tracking skills

Filing & Maintenance of records

Organising skill

Team Work

Flexibility and ability to handle pressure

Administrative / Co-ordination skills

Customer Service Orientation
