The Technology team in Asia is driving the Technological transformation of the Region with strong collaboration with affiliates and Pernod Ricard Headquarters.
The Deployment Lead will oversee the end-to-end deployment of Global or Regional platforms in markets.
You will be the key link between Market teams and the product teams (Regional or HQ) to ensure adaptation of the platform and the local solutions are performed in a consistent manner.
You will ensure that the local business processes and requirements are considered, with the final objective of a complete adoption and buy-in of the market teams by driving the change management at the market level.

As a Deployment Lead he / she will be staffed on a Platform / Market on a regular-changing basis, adapted to the pace of the company strategic projects, typically for 6-12 months periods corresponding
The position will report to the Deployment & PMO Associate Director within the Regional IT Solutions Team based in Hong Kong.
Define, monitor, and lead the deployment plan in markets
In collaboration with the product owner, the Deployment & PMO Associate Director and the Market teams (Finance Director and management committee), the Deployment Lead will :
Lead the full project from the project governance, market requirements, technical impact analysis, data management, development & roll out for the markets in scope.
Develop a holistic understanding of project interdependencies to manage project risks and stakeholders' expectations.
Monitor progress ensuring that schedule, process, resources, performances, and budget are respected.
Manage systems changes in the market system with selected partners and be hands-on to drive excellence in delivery when necessary
Ensure the solutions implemented fits with Pernod Ricard Business and are scalable with composable architecture.
Be the central coordination point from the kickoff the project in market to the eventual run mode. This includes several key phases : data preparation, tool adaption, launch, hypercare and handover to local market.
Drive Excellence in Change Management
Ensure the correct adoption of platform within Market by following the Pernod Ricard Change Methodology and framework to ensure all steps are taken in the change process including :
Engaging the senior management team and project team in market in the Change Management Approach
Ensuring all steps of the Change Methodology are followed and work with the local project team and market Executive Team to share the results and co-create the Change Action Plan including assessing the impact on roles, ways of working and organization, identifying relevant trainings and delivering them to Market teams and ensuring a full communications program is in place.
Ensure the correct adoption of the platform within Market by identifying relevant trainings and delivering them to Market teams.
This will be done in collaboration with the Platform team, in collaboration with Market HR teams.

Act as a constant partner with business stakeholders on Technology
Continuously increase his / her business knowledge to be propose relevant tech solutions to Pernod Ricard business
Propose technologies and solutions which could benefits to the business
Manage and evaluate vendors to ensure continuous improvement.
Education required :
Tertiary qualifications in Business School, Engineering & Computer Science or similar preferred. All other disciplines are welcome.
Certificates in Scrum or Agile are a plus.
Experience / Background :
5+ years of experience in Pernod Ricard system implementation such as JD Edwards and Salesforce
Have solid knowledge and experiences on project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing change in ways of working, collaboration within a cross-domain / market / functional context.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have a strong understanding on Technology Architecture.
Fluent in English
