Job Description

Leading the assessment of production capacity on a monthly basis when updating sales forecasts for all markets and making recommendations to the senior management.

The steps that are required to ensure the availability of productive capacity to meet the needs of the market without interruption, whether equipment or storage or individuals

Setting up a mechanism to ensure the production plan, production, supervision and follow-up of the production planning in light of sales plans and implementation (local and export) and the objectives of the stock

Follow up the balances of all products in a timely manner, which the production plan required to achieve shipping plans for customers in addition to maintaining safe levels of inventory.

Conduct periodic studies and analyzes (at least every 3 months) to update the re-ordering standards of the materials and the upper and lower limits to keep them in line with the company's goal of reducing costs and costs

Contribute effectively to ensure the continuous operation of production management systems ( ERP ) permanently

Lead the regular meeting to coordinate the production programs and the weekly resource coordination meeting to provide products on demand ( DRP )

Follow up the development of individuals in the planning department to ensure maximum efficiency in the performance of their tasks and ensure the effective contribution to achieve the objectives of the company.

Analyzing analytical reports between the annual budget and sales forecasts and what has been implemented on the ground in terms of sales and production.

Studies on low- mobility products and fast-moving products.

Make a report on the pattern of demand for products compared to previous periods and determine the required to maintain readiness in the future.

Contribution and follow-up in the follow-up of logistical matters with the concerned authorities in order to ship products according to the scheduled dates and production as planned for export.

Working on the follow-up and review of export transactions in terms of accuracy and content and sent on time.

Coordinate with the relevant departments in terms of shipping, offers and other matters related to production.

Participate in the inventory to ensure that inventory balances are consistent with existing data and that there are no differences in balances.

Coordination and follow-up with the sales manager in order to deliver orders in a timely manner and in quantities required in order to achieve sales plans.

Issue the regular reports of the planning department and discuss them with the director of the department so that decisions can be taken on them, such as (monthly planning report).
