Job Qualifications and Experience
Should hold a Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline
At least 3+ years of experience in the same field required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have outstanding level of customer service skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Should be able to effectively manage personnel and meet financial targets
Should be able to spot and settle problems efficiently
Good problem solving skills
Must be creative and innovative
Must have good knowledge of food and beverages trends as well as best practices
