Job Purpose Develops QA QC standards and procedures for the company in order to assure construction quality The QA QC Manager is also responsible in creating QA QC Plan manage QA QC team and will be responsible in implementationand execution of plans He she will also monitor the quality documentation of the process in accordance with contract specifications documents deviations from the contracts and provide plans to rectify contract deviations Major Responsibilities To prepare organize implement conduct and manage the QA QC Programs Plans Inspection Test Plans as per the Companys Quality Policy Objectives and Client specifications and requirements of the project To work jointly with the Project Management team in order to define the responsibility authority and the interrelation of all personnel who manage perform and verify work-

affecting quality To Monitor and review the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Systems with the Project Manager and other Managers in project periodically to identify and implement improvement to Construction To assign QA QC staff required for the different activities in the project co-

ordinate support and assist for successful QA QC Programs implementation at all times and supervise the Site QA QC Managers Senior QA QC Engineers and other QA QC staff To ensure motivation and training programs for the documentation of the Quality Control System to all personnel involved in the effective implementation in the Project Organize training to be conducted periodically to suit the needs and maintain the records of such trainings and their evaluation for the Project To raise and monitor the Non-

Conformance Reports NCR and Discrepancies and their closeouts for the projects internally and by Client and Third Party Inspection authorities To attend the project QA QC meetings with the Project Management Sub Contractors Consultants and Clients To review and approve the Sub contractors and Supplier Vendors Quality Manuals and other Submission documentation for the projects To co-
