They are looking for a National SalesManager to head a large sales and distribution network across thecountry. Both areas of operational excellence and strategicbrilliance are necessary for this role as you would sit on theleadership team and would be accountable for the major chunk of thebusiness volumes.
Areas that you need to have anenviable track record are direct distribution, effective managementof a large van sales operation, Modern and Traditional trade,managing trade contracts with some of the larger players, salesforecasting and planning.
Since the business is on an aggressivegrowth mode you need to come armed with the relevant experience tohit the ground running.
You would be required to devise andimplement strategies to enhance sales and distribution,aggressively build the capabilities within the present team.
SkillsMust Have : 12+ years of holistic and qualitative salesexperience in the FMCG industry,
Operationalexperience is a must but so is the ability to set the direction / re look at current process / challenge status quo.
