Job Duties :
o Achieve targeted budget value and volumes set for every product and service
o Effectively maintains existing business with customers by conducting regular visits.
o Properly distribute the branches targets over personal bankers.
o Assist personal bankers with cross selling by opening sales channel opportunities.
o Regular feedback of target achievements.
o Provide solutions for sales and operational gaps.
o Expand the branch portfolio by focusing on new customers.
o Target approved companies and open channels for new ones.
o Set and implement a plan to achieve Branches set targets for Assets and liabilities.
o Assist customers in all basic inquiries and requests
o Ensure compliance with SOP for all service requests received from clients.
o Delivering the most personal banking experience to all customers. Requirements :
o Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
o At least 7-8 years relevant experience in Customer Service
o Knowledge of customer service requirements.
o Understanding banks products and services.
o Knowledge of Banks standard Operating procedures.
o Good communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to effectively present information to customers.
o Knowledge of Sales techniques.
