Job Description :
As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the Doctify family and play an integral part of growth within the UAE team.
This role is aimed at being the back-bone of support for the Enterprise team and involves taking ownership of new hospitals & larger clinic customers.
You will be responsible for supporting and training new Enterprise customers using the web, phone and face-to-face contact to ensure that they get the most from their Doctify subscription.
Your infectious passion and ability to network across our customers' organisation will enable you to positively influence stakeholders.

Reports to : Director of Customer Experience & Success
Department : Customer Success
Location : Dubai, hybrid working
Manage the onboarding & implementation for new Enterprise accounts to ensure they have all of the tools they need to successfully collect a good volume of reviews, as quickly as possible
Liaise internally with internal team members to ensure all onboarding & implementation administration tasks are completed in a timely, organised manner
Proactive outbound communication to hospital & clinic staff to maximise the benefit of their Doctify subscription via structured campaigns to drive product adoption and health score indicators
Respond to and resolve any performance related inbound queries from your portfolio of accounts
Use data to identify and monitor health scores to identify risk clients & provide solutions and training for under performing customers
Proficiency in English language
A minimum of 2 years' industry specific experience
A person who loves interacting with people and helping them achieve the best outcomes possible
Customer-focused mindset, the customer is at the core of everything you do
Possess strong written communication, problem solving and analytical skills
A fast learner who can navigate through ambiguity
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in B2B SaaS companies is preferred but not required
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience using data to successfully inform your decision-making and measure your outcome
