Job Key Details Manage the entire frontoffice operation to maintain high standards Make sure team membershave current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing andpolicies as well as knowledge of the local area Observe theappearance, standards and performance of the front office teammembers Assess levels of guest satisfaction and monitor trends witha focus on continuous improvement Make sure frequent guests arerecognized and that the front office department operates with asales attitude and promotes the hotel brand Conduct work inaccordance with policies and procedures Ensure good communicationand working relationships with all hotel departments Organizemonthly communication meetings and generate minutes of the meetingsPrepare departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policiesand procedures Handle staff performance issues in compliance withthe hotel policies and procedures Job Qualifications and ExperienceThe applicant must have ka relevant degree in this field At leasttwo and above years of experience in the same position Excellentmanagement and organizational skills required Good communicationand interpersonal skills is highly desired Excellent leadershipabilities Excellent computer knowledge is required Must have gooddecision skills Application Procedure : All qualified candidates areencouraged to upload their recently updated CVs along with yourrelevant documents
