Job Role : Surveillance Senior Marketing Manager

This new role is part of our Channel Marketing organization : The team responsible for developing, enabling and empowering channels (distributors, resellers, etailers, retailers, and more!) to be successful.

About our Client's surveillance products : Europe is one of the major markets in terms of adoption of IP video surveillance and is growing globally at an exponential rate.

USD 68.3 billion by 2023, growing at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 13.1% between 2018 and 2023 - According to marketsandmarkets) .

The Client is uniquely positioned to serve this market with state of the art products and services as well as a team of sales and business develop professionals.

About you : You have a product marketing background. You have worked on the IT industry and understand the technology behind the products.

You are entrepreneurial, creative, have excellent product, marketing and project management skills and you understand or have experience on edge computing, IoT and / or AI.

  • Coordinate EMEA Surveillance marketing programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets that are : developed and executed to a high standard;
  • locally relevant; have clear objectives and a measurable return on investment.

  • Develop and implement EMEA wide Surveillance marketing programs
  • Define messaging, content and assets for the Surveillance market in the region
  • Define Surveillance Partner program needs for the region
  • Drive Mkt programs to increase Channel Base / breath in various regions
  • Monitor SV MSS in the various regions and trigger actions where needed
  • Report out ROI on SV mkt investments
  • Define marketing engagement strategy with Alliances and ecosystem partners in the region

  • A deep understanding of the Video Surveillance landscape in the region

  • Minimum of 10 years marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years proven marketing experience on video surveillance
  • Passionate about Video Surveillance with an excellent understanding of the main partners and vendors
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
