Job Role : Hotel Manager

Job Key Details :

  • Assist in planning and overseeing the businessto generate more revenue
  • Maintain promptbilling and timely revenue collection from customers
  • Set up standard operating procedures for all sections inthe hotel
  • Maintain efficiency in stocksmanagement
  • Create and implement marketing aswell as sales strategies for the hotel
  • Overseeoperations for all departments for example restaurant, accounts,marketing, kitchen, housekeeping, front office as well asstores
  • Properly maintain records concerningbookings and reservations, housekeeping, services rendered toclients, financial records etc
  • Adhere to theclients' policy on procurement procedures
  • Conduct any other duties that may be assigned from timeto time
  • Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Degree or Diploma inHospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field ofstudy
  • Minimum 10 years of hotel managementexperience required
  • Should be able to remaincalm and work under pressure
  • Goodinterpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals fromdifferent nationalities
  • Strong leadership andmanagement skills
  • Must be a person ofintegrity, reliable and good team player
  • Excellent communication and customer serviceskills
