Job Description :

Gargash Enterprises, one of the top automobile

dealers in the Middle East, is looking for a

competent, efficient and professional Executive

Secretary to join the team who can provide

effective administrative support to its General

Manager.

Qualifica tion Requirements :

  • College Degree / Diploma or relevant Secretarial
  • Certification.

  • Minimum four years of professional secretarial
  • experience with the ability to interact confidently

    with high profile local and expatriate clients.

  • High level of familiarity with MS Office
  • applications.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal
  • skills with pleasing personality and the ability to

    interact with people at all levels.

  • Excellent command over English language.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added

    Job responsibilities :

    Include making travel arrangements, organizing meetings,

    taking minutes and keeping notes, preparing correspondences and letters,

    administering the office, while maintaining confidential data and professionally

    dealing with clients and staff.
