Job Role :
Monitorstock movement and be responsible for ordering on yoursection
Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
Ensure knowledge of the product is maintained andcommunicated to all relevant personnel
Responsible for completing your mis en place
Learn and record skills and recipes from other members ofthe department
Report any maintenance issues tothe Head Chef immediately
Comply with thecompany policies and procedures to ensure that all statutoryregulations are observed
Liaise with the HeadChef / Sous Chef and implement new menu / dishes / systems whereapplicable
