ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Represent Ormco in the designated territory of his / her responsibility.
Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quotas Conduct at least six sales calls daily to the end users (120 Sales Calls per Month).
Plan a balanced geographic sales calls cycle to ensure full coverage for the assigned territory.
Effectively use all of the available sales tools and demonstration resources while making the sales visits to maximize the potential outcome.
Have excellent product knowledge, including understanding the features and benefits of both Ormco and competition products, and communicate this easily to the customer.
Train and coach the dealers’ sales representatives, maintain an excellent business relation with them, work with them closely and join them in weekly co-visits.
Ensure that the dealer sales team are following Ormco sales leads in a timely and effective manner.
Collect feedback from end users regarding their satisfaction of Ormco products & services and report any problems or complaints they might have to the Regional Manager Middle East.
Regularly complete market analysis including a focus on competitor activities, products and promotions.
Empower self and others through effective, collaborative relationships that accomplish organizational objectives.
Interact with Universities, manage, expand and own the business relationship with the heads of the Orthodontic departments and the related decision makers.
Manage Focus Groups / Round Tables discussions / demonstrations.
Maintain, develop and grow a KOL network for Ormco in the assigned territory.
Actively interact and Support the VOC, CRM, TFM and New Products Launches processes and projects.
Prepare periodic reports including :
Weekly and monthly call reports
monthly expense reports
periodic general reports
other reports as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES :
3-5 years of experience in the orthodontic dental business
Excellent presentation & computer skills
Excellent command of English & Arabic languages
Willing and able to travel at least 50% of his / her time in regional business trips.
