Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads & employees to identify and address training needs and to ensure timely utility of training resources;
  • Design & implementation of pre-training & post-training assessment / evaluation tools aimed at overall improvement of training;
  • Conduct assessments and provide scores and feedback to both employees and management;
  • Responsible for aggregating data in order to identify knowledge gaps within the team;
  • Develop, Align & Deploy Learning Experience & Content for various soft skills Training;
  • Deliver various soft skills training program for the employees and engage external vendor as when need arise;
  • Coordinate with all the functional head and discuss training requirements;
  • Track training effectiveness;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day accountability of training;
  • Plan& Organize Leadership Development programs.
  • Job Specification :

  • Graduation in any discipline;
  • Post-graduate diploma / MBA in HR / IR / Organization Behavior from reputed B School;
  • 4 + years of experience in delivering various corporate trainings.
  • DESIRED ATTRIBUTES :

  • You must be a highly talented, soft skills training professional, with experience of delivering training courses.
  • Very good computer literacy is compulsory ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, excellent knowledge of Internet).
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
