Job Description :
2+ years of experience in recruitment preferably with IT positions.
Proven Record in efficiently fulfilling positions and in Campus Recruitment.
Experience in Full recruitment cycle (from Sourcing to Offer roll out).
Work with Hiring Manager on recruitment plans.
Source for positions, conduct interviews and negotiate offers.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates and fill open positions.
Experience in posting positions on job boards, using job boards and LinkedIn to source qualified candidates.
Excellent English Communication and Presentation skills.
