Standard duties :
Support in development and implementation of thedepartment strategy in line with the corporate, marketing anddigital strategy, responsible in setting the section’soperational goals, initiate measures and has accountability inreaching these goals to improve the overall unit’sperformance

In collaboration with Brand& Comms team, drive organic (search) traffic throughstrategic and creative use of various platforms, Implement andoperate the search engine marketing operation.

Together with Brand & Comms teamimplement a digital direct marketing strategy and operationsincluding : data acquisition, CRM implementation, digital campaignmanagement for email, SMS, WhatsApp etc.

Closelymonitor all digital channels and digital asset activity, measureand report performance to keep all stakeholders aware of currentactivity and future course of action, assess against goals (ROIsand KPIs) and identify trends and insights to optimize spend andperformance based on the insights
Lead and execute the digital content strategy to drivesales leads and organic traffic. Developing guidelines, policiesand procedures and represent the unit in internal and externalaudits, international certification committees and service levelagreements with stakeholders
Oversee content creation that includes static (for weband social), imagery, rich media (videos, animations) andinteractive training manuals from conceptualization to procurementand implementation
Actas Project Lead for all Digital sales projects.
Maintain a competitive edge through continuousmonitoring of innovation and technology advancements within theindustry and beyond, work with the Marketing and Product teams todiscuss perspective for adoption where appropriate;
In-depthknowledge of managing cross-divisional digital projects andinitiatives
